DC celebrates Obama Win

It was a historic election day as record numbers showed up at the polls from opening to close. Many sought to cast their ballot, including Tajara Sims, who just turned 18 years on November 4th.Celebrations broke out across the city when it was annouced that Barack Obama won. He would become the first African American to become president-elect of the United States.
